Through solar energy adoption, ethical labor practices, and engagement with only transparent partners, we have achieved tangible improvements on our sustainability practices. This report marks our first step toward comprehensive sustainability, with a long-term commitment to continuous progress.
อโดมาให้ความสำคัญกับความยั่งยืนในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล โดยยึดแนวทางของ Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) เป็นแนวทางหลักในเรื่องดังกล่าว เราได้เริ่มดำเนินการอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เช่น การติดตั้งแผงโซลาร์เซลล์ การส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชนในการทำงาน และการทำงานร่วมกับคู่ค้าที่โปร่งใสเท่านั้น ซึ่งช่วยยกระดับแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทให้มีความยั่งยืนมากขึ้นได้เป็นอย่างดี รายงานฉบับนี้ถือเป็นก้าวแรกของเราในการดำเนินธุรกิจด้วยความยั่งยืนอย่างครบวงจร ซึ่งบริษัทมีคำมั่นสัญญาที่จะพัฒนาในด้านความยั่งยืนอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป

We have implemented clear policies, conducted risk assessments, and found no human rights violations among our partners or internal operations. By promoting ethical material sourcing, training good practices to staff, and maintaining transparent grievance and reporting systems, we aim to build a more responsible and sustainable jewellery industry.
อโดมาให้ความสำคัญกับสิทธิมนุษยชนและการตรวจสอบเชิงลึก (Due Diligence) ทั้งภายในองค์กรและตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน เราได้จัดทำนโยบายที่ชัดเจน ดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยง และไม่พบการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนจากทั้งพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจหรือภายในบริษัท โดยเราส่งเสริมการจัดหาวัตถุดิบอย่างมีจริยธรรม จัดอบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และดำเนินการให้มีการะบวนการจัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนที่โปร่งใส เพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีที่มีความรับผิดชอบและยั่งยืนมากยิ่งขึ้น
Natural Resource Saving Report
Adoma recognizes electricity, water, and paper usage as key material issues and actively monitors them to reduce environmental impact. In 2025, we installed solar panels to lower fossil fuel reliance, alongside measures like switching off unused equipment and installing heat reflective roofing to save energy. We remain committed to improving resource efficiency and promoting long-term sustainability across our operations.
อโดมาให้ความสำคัญกับการใช้ไฟฟ้า น้ำ และกระดาษในการเป็นทรัพยากรหลักที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และมีการติดตามการใช้ทรัพยากรเหล่านี้อย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อช่วยลดผลกระทบดังกล่าว ในปี 2025 บริษัทได้ติดตั้งแผงโซลาร์เซลล์เพื่อลดการพึ่งพาพลังงานจากเชื้อเพลิงฟอสซิล ควบคู่ไปกับมาตรการอื่น ๆ เช่น การปิดอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเมื่อไม่ใช้งาน และการติดตั้งหลังคาป้องกันความร้อนเพื่อลดการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อโดมายังคงมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากร และส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนในระยะยาวในทุกกระบวนการดำเนินงานของบริษัท
